Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Louisville, KY is hiring for a Host/Hostess role. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with a pay range of $15.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience.

You will greet guests, seat them, answer phones, and support curbside and takeout processes to ensure a smooth dining experience. No prior experience is required as training is provided. Excellent customer service and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and etiquette.

• Willingness to learn and follow sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, take reservations, take food orders).
• Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control.
• Learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food.
• Set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang’s specifications.
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations.
• Conducts side-work as required for each shift.
