Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Host or Hostesses.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour and includes benefits for eligible hours. The Host is responsible for delivering an excellent hospitality experience by greeting Guests, answering phones, seating Guests, and managing wait times with accurate information. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with guests (answer phones, greet guests, seat guests, take reservations, take food orders).
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control.
• Learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food.
• Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to company specifications.
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations.
• Conduct side-work as required for each shift.
