P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Host or Hostesses.

Pay is $15.00–$18.00 per hour, experience-based, with on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement. The Host greets guests, answers phones, seats guests, and maintains front-of-house flow while upholding safety and sanitation standards. Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, make reservations, take food orders).
• Uphold our high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control.
• Learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food.
• Set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang’s specifications.
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations.
• Conducts side-work as required for each shift.
