Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.

• Ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and train staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the operations of the restaurant dining room.
• Recruit, train, and develop the hospitality team to mastery of their roles.
• Oversee opening and closing activities and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Coordinate labor and labor cost to maintain profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and alcohol regulations.
• Direct facility maintenance and administrative duties as needed.
