• 2+ years in hotel or hospitality sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience with group and/or catering business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiar with Delphi, PMS, or similar.
• Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to attend events, including some evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to internal teams and external clients, ensuring all communication is timely, clear, and professional.
• Drive revenue growth by maintaining existing accounts while actively seeking and developing new business opportunities.
• Manage the full event lifecycle, including pre-event planning, execution, and post-event follow-up, ensuring all details are accurate and well-coordinated.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, event management, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Forecast and maximize revenue by analyzing group room blocks, food & beverage needs, and overall business opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales goals, including activity metrics such as calls, tours, and appointments.
• Utilize sales systems and strategies (e.g., Delphi, PMS, marketing plans) to manage accounts and support overall business objectives.
• Maintain strong organization and time management, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail across all responsibilities.
• Participate in meetings, training, and ongoing development while contributing to a collaborative, team-focused environment.
