Job summary

First Hospitality is seeking a Sales professional to drive group business from targeted markets, handling limited room nights while maximizing revenue. You will assist in the Sales Department, manage accounts, and solicit new business to meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities include responding to opportunities, conducting site inspections, creating contracts, prospecting, and coordinating with hotel departments to fulfill client needs. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in hotels or related field.
• 4-year degree in hospitality management or sales preferred, or equivalent experience and education.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Responds to group/catering opportunities in a timely manner.
• Books business within hotel parameters and conducts site tours.
• Creates contracts and manages client files and resumes.
• Prospects for new business and participates in sales events.
• Builds strong client relationships and negotiates contracts.
• Coordinates communications across departments to meet client needs.
