Job summary

Outrigger in Honolulu is seeking a Graphic Designer to support brand and property marketing by designing assets for digital, print and on-property channels. Working under the Creative Director within the Global Brand team, you translate briefs into high-quality designs that reflect each property's sense of place and stay on brand.

This on-site, full-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience and a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting hospitality or marketing is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; Canva and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce creative assets across digital, print and on-property channels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies and partners.
• Translate briefs into high-quality designs aligned with brand standards.
• Work under the direction of the Creative Director within the Global Brand team.
