OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels is seeking a Graphic Designer to support brand and property marketing by creating assets across digital, print and on‑property channels. Working under the Creative Director within the Global Brand team, you translate briefs into high‑quality designs that reflect each property’s sense of place.

This full-time onsite role in Waikiki requires 3 years of graphic design experience and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional graphic design experience with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting hospitality, travel or consumer marketing and working across both digital and print channels preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), Canva, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Experience with photo/video editing software and Excel preferred.

The Graphic Designer supports OUTRIGGER’s brand and property marketing efforts by designing and producing creative assets across digital, print and on-property channels. Working under the direction of the Creative Director within the Global Brand team, this position translates creative briefs and direction into high-quality designs that align with OUTRIGGER’s brand standards and reflect each property’s unique sense of place. The designer collaborates with internal stakeholders, external agencies and creative partners to execute projects efficiently and consistently across print, on-property and digital channels.

Candidates must be available to work onsite at our Waikiki office on a full-time basis.

Minimum Requirements

3 years of professional graphic design experience with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience supporting hospitality, travel or consumer marketing and working across both digital and print channels preferred. While base pay starts at $70,000- $77,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
