The Social Media Specialist develops authentic, platform-driven content that showcases OUTRIGGER’s resorts, people, culture, and guest experiences while supporting brand awareness and business goals. This role regularly captures social-first content on property, participates in photoshoots and content production, and collaborates with cross-functional teams on influencer partnerships, user-generated content, social listening, reporting, and other brand initiatives. Candidates must be available to work **onsite** at our Waikiki office on a full-time basis.**Minimum Requirements**1-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field required. Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content is essential, with a creative portfolio preferred. Proficiency in Canva, social media publishing tools, and video editing software such as CapCut is required; Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator experience is a plus.
