Job summary

Shake Shack in Texas is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and uphold exceptional hospitality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in high-volume restaurants, and proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with health codes. You will drive sales, mentor teammates, and promote the Shack brand within the community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant general management in high-volume settings
• Experience with personnel management, food prep, purchasing, sanitation and health codes
• Ability to train staff on Shack operations
• Proven hospitality leadership and team motivation
• Strong coaching and excellence-driven leadership
• Financial acumen in operations, including P&L
• P&L responsibilities: 3+ years
• Food handler certification preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop team members
