This role requires at least 3 years of GM experience, strong knowledge of restaurant operations, and the ability to train others on Shack processes. You will manage scheduling, payroll, and local health code compliance while promoting our brand through community

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Demonstrated hospitality leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience with P&L responsibilities.
