Il Fornaio is seeking a General Manager to lead a single-location operation, owning the P&L, culture, and guest experience. You will manage the leadership team, drive profitability, and ensure top-tier hospitality across all service standards.

The role requires 5–7 years of progressive restaurant leadership, with strong people development and compliance focus. A hospitality-forward approach and excellence in operations are essential.

Qualifications

• Progressive restaurant leadership experience with 5–7 years in management.
• Experience leading a high-quality, full-service restaurant.
• Proven ownership of P&L including sales, labor, forecasting, expenses, and profitability.
• Track record of building strong management teams, staffing, and accountability for performance.
• Strong hospitality instincts and guest recovery leadership.
• Solid knowledge of full-service operations and safety standards.
• Ability to obtain required certifications and maintain compliance.

• Oversee overall restaurant performance and P&L for a single location.
