Sandpiper Hospitality (SH) seeks a General Manager for an extended stay property in Chesapeake, VA. You will own on-site operations, drive occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction, and lead a dynamic team toward a winning culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Management role in the Hospitality industry.
• A proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with budgeting, financial management, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Execute Full Property Oversight: Assume complete operational responsibility for the hotel, ensuring all aspects of the property run efficiently, from maintenance to guest services.
• Drive Financial Results: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets, including P&L management, budget control, daily bank deposits, and local sales execution.
• Lead & Coach the Team: Manage, supervise, coach, and motivate the entire hotel staff; complete accurate weekly schedules; administer performance management and disciplinary action.
• Quality & Guest Experience: Ensure the highest standards of customer service and uphold brand standards across the property.
• Corporate Alignment: Complete and submit weekly reports and participate in all corporate calls.
