Sandpiper Hospitality (SH) is seeking a General Manager to lead and own the success of an extended-stay hotel in Fairfield, OH. You will oversee operations, drive results, and foster a winning culture.

This full-time leadership role requires 3+ years in hospitality management, a proven track record of revenue growth, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Competitive salary with generous benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Management role in the Hospitality industry.
• A proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing operations within major hotel brands (e.g., Choice, IHG, Marriott).
• Experience with budgeting, financial management, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Execute Full Property Oversight: assume complete operational responsibility for the hotel and ensure all aspects run efficiently.
• Drive Financial Results: develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets; includes P&L, budget control, and daily deposits.
• Lead & Coach the Team: manage, supervise, coach, and motivate the entire hotel staff; create weekly schedules.
• Quality & Guest Experience: uphold highest standards of customer service; daily room inspections and brand adherence.
• Corporate Alignment: complete weekly reports and participate in corporate calls to align with goals.
