Sandpiper Hospitality (SH) is seeking a General Manager for one of our extended stay hotels in Bluffton, SC. You will oversee all operations, drive guest satisfaction, optimize revenue, and lead a team to execute brand standards.

This dynamic leadership role rewards strategic thinking, daily leadership, and accountability. You will report to corporate and coordinate with departments to ensure profitability and a winning culture aligned with our core values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a management role in the Hospitality industry.
• A proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute full property oversight and ensure efficient hotel operations.
• Drive financial results, including P&L management and budget control.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate the hotel team.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and guest experience.
• Complete weekly reports and participate in corporate calls.
