16 On Center LLC seeks a General Manager for Moneygun and Sunnygun in Chicago. Lead daily operations, guest hospitality, and team development while balancing a party atmosphere with strong financial oversight.

You will drive guest experiences, manage budgets, and partner with events to extend brand reach in a vibrant nightlife setting. A 3+ year track record in hospitality leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a busy, fast-paced bar/restaurant environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and ability to drive guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and cross-team collaboration.
• Solid knowledge of beverage trends, costing, pricing, and inventory management.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, SOPs, POS, payroll, scheduling, and service quality.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development across concepts Moneygun and Sunnygun.
• Maintain brand standards, hospitality culture, and guest experience.
• Partner with events/partnership teams to create profitable activations.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance; manage security and guest relations.
