Job summary

You will lead multiple departments, manage budgets, forecast revenue, and implement safety and service standards. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field and at least five years of hospitality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of hospitality, food and beverage, or retail related management experience.
• Proven success managing multiple departments and leading diverse teams in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L accountability, and cost control.
• Ability to drive guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational performance.
