Qualifications

• Preferred experience with Opera Cloud (PMS System).
• Preferred experience with the I Prefer Program.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively to staff and instruct guest service agents.
• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and provide accurate information.
• Complete registration, input data, and manage room rate and keys.
• Verify credit cards, handle payments, and balance a house bank.
• Answer phone calls, relay messages, and assist guests promptly.
• Remain calm during busy periods and emergencies.
• Attend on-site duties consistently and be a team player.
