Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant, kitchen, hospitality, or stewarding environment preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness and safety.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized dishwashing area including floors, sinks, and storage areas.
• Assist with general kitchen cleaning and upkeep to support the culinary team.
• Dispose of trash and food waste and assist with recycling and cardboard disposal.
• Safely lift and move heavy pots, pans, and equipment during shifts.
• Ensure cleaned items are stored properly and ready for use by staff.
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and properly.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods, including nights, weekends, and events.
• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
• Maintain a courteous, professional attitude when interacting with guests and team members.
• Collaborate with culinary and restaurant teams to support smooth operations.
• Maintain Club uniform and appearance standards.
