The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a conscientious Dishwasher to join our hospitality team in Longboat Key, Florida. You will help maintain a clean, organized kitchen and support kitchen staff with routine cleaning and food prep tasks.

This role is ideal for reliable individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in a resort setting. Responsibilities include washing ware, keeping the dish area tidy, and following health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
