Caviar Club in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking dependable Dishwashers/Stewards to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen in a fast-paced setting. You will wash, sanitize, and store dishes, assist with loading areas, and support cooks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwasher, steward, porter, janitorial, or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout all back-of-house areas
• Keep dish machines operating efficiently and report any maintenance concerns
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors throughout service and after closing
• Remove trash and recycling while maintaining a clean loading and dumpster area
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, shelving, equipment, walls, and other kitchen areas
• Restock cleaning supplies and assist with organization of storage areas
• Support cooks and chefs with basic kitchen tasks as needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
