Qualifications

• Experience in Flooring Project Management is a must.
• Solid understanding of estimating, scheduling, blueprint reading, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction budget management and cost control techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead project meetings and coordinate multiple stakeholders seamlessly.
