Job summary

Red Thread is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the single point of contact for flooring projects from handoff to closeout. You will coordinate scheduling, deliveries, site visits, and progress with customers and trade partners.

The role requires 5+ years of project management in construction/flooring, strong communication, and a focus on cost control and customer satisfaction. Competitive compensation and full benefits accompany a robust project pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, architecture, design, or flooring industry a plus.
• Experience managing moderate to large-scale projects with focus on cost, accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Experience troubleshooting installation challenges in the field.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project-tracking tools such as Procore and ProjectSight.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct communication with customers regarding scheduling.
• Serve as primary contact with the warehouse and material delivery.
• Oversee project plans, schedules, and ensure on-budget, on-time completion.
• Coordinate with GC project managers and end users for smooth handoffs and sign-offs.
• Ensure invoicing aligns with project milestones and closeout requirements.
