Job summary

The Financial Analyst at The Elser Hotel & Residences in Downtown Miami reports to the European Corporate Controller and supports timely forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for the portfolio.

This role collaborates with revenue management, operations, and accounting teams to provide insights that drive real-time decision-making and fiscal discipline across the European portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 4+ years experience in financial forecasting and budgeting in a service/hospitality context preferred.
• Experience with Oracle PBCS module within Oracle.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenues and expenses (variable and fixed) against budget and forecast.
• Collaborate with European leaders to identify cost savings vs. budget/forecast.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports; investigate discrepancies and update forecasts.
• Develop useful analysis reports to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Coordinate annual budget process with multiple departments.
