The Elser Hotel & Residences in Downtown Miami seeks a Junior Staff Accountant to support the Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance in delivering timely financial reporting and maintaining internal controls. Qualifications

• Experience in hotel accounting or hospitality finance
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office with Excel
• Accounts Receivable and Payroll experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Prepare and communicate financial reports by due dates
• Payroll processing and time- attendance system management
• Monitor accounts receivable, collections, and city ledger transfers
• Assist in monthly close and journal entries
• Update daily revenue reports and ledgers to ensure accuracy
