Job summary

InterContinental San Antonio Riverwalk, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to assist the Finance team. You will process vouchers, match invoices to POs, manage aging reports, and support monthly financial statements while maintaining strong vendor and guest relations.

Responsibilities include daily ledger maintenance, filing, and strict adherence to accounting policies. Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed is required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills required.
• Reading abilities utilized often when reading invoices and work materials.
• Mathematical skills used to perform calculations and reconcile balances.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all billings for mailing and work with catering and banquet teams for accurate client billing.
• Maintain organized files for open and paid invoices; post checks and reconcile aging reports.
• Post credit card payments and assist in monthly credit meetings; research and respond to chargebacks.
