IHG Hotels & Resorts in San Antonio seeks a Revenue Auditor to oversee daily audit control of revenue, accounts receivable, F&B accounting and general accounting functions to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.

You will balance and verify figures against department reports, prepare journal entries, monitor taxes and tips, and coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Reservations and Accounting to resolve discrepancies.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year accounting/receivables experience.
• Fluent English required.
• Some college coursework in Accounting preferred.
• Ability to perform computerized accounting tasks and invoicing.

Responsabilidades

• Audit daily revenue by area and balance against department reports.
• Prepare miscellaneous journal entries and post to journals.
• Balance daily revenue, review discrepancies with manager, and investigate issues.
• Monitor monthly aging of accounts and collection efforts as needed.
• May assist with inventory and coordination with other departments.
