Job summary

Levy, a member of Compass Group USA, seeks a Controller to manage the location's finances and report to the Regional Finance leader. You will work with the location leadership team to develop plans that drive financial performance and optimize results.

This role requires strong accounting expertise and collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Finance/Accounting, a business degree (CPA preferred), and a high proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Finance/Accounting role.
• Operational experience in food and beverage is preferred.
• Business degree and/or CPA certification is preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work non-standard hours as dictated by event schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results.
• Partner with operations teams to align financial goals and actions.
• Develop and implement financial optimization programs with regional teams.
• Oversee monthly close of the general ledger and ensure accuracy.
• Manage accounts receivable, cash handling, and tax rates for reporting.
• Support annual budgets, audits, and financial documentation.
