The ideal candidate has 3+ years in finance, hospitality exposure, and CPA/education alignment. Responsibilities include monthly close, AR/AP, budgeting, and cross-functional finance support to operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Finance/Accounting role.
• Operational experience in hospitality is preferred.
• CPA or progress toward certification preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Partnering with operations teams to understand financial goals.
• Working with regional and operations finance to implement optimization programs.
• Develop action plans to drive financial performance.
• Help teams understand financial data and take action to improve results.
• Collaborating with the partner finance team where applicable.
• Refining weekly location financial forecasts with leadership.
• Complete a monthly close of the general ledger.
• Proactive management of accounts receivable at the location.
• Overseeing daily MSR and balanced month-end MSR.
• Monitoring and managing credit card settlements.
• Managing wire transfers and subcontractor payments.
• Overseeing cash room and armored car pick-ups.
• Managing annual budget processes including AP accruals.
• Ensuring tax rates are accurate for reporting.
• Ensuring retention and management of documents.
• Completing annual financial audits.
• Overseeing timely collection of accounts receivable.
• Balancing direct bills and invoice adjustments.
• Other duties as assigned.
