Levy at Ryan Field is seeking a Controller to oversee financial reporting and performance for the location. You will partner with leadership to drive results, manage month-end close, and ensure accurate financial processes aligned with contractual agreements.

The role requires a seasoned finance professional with hospitality experience, CPA or equivalent degree preferred, and willingness to work non-standard hours to support event schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Finance/Accounting role.
• Operational experience in food & beverage is preferred.
• Business degree and/or CPA certification is preferred.
• High level of computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financials.
• Partnering with operations teams to understand financial goals.
• Complete a monthly close of the general ledger.
• Proactive management of accounts receivable at the location.
• Managing cash room and armored car processes.
• Overseeing annual budget processes including AP accruals.
• Ensuring accuracy of tax rates for financial reporting.
• Completing annual financial audits.
