Levy, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the location’s finances, partnering with the leadership team to drive performance through accurate reporting and actionable plans.

You will manage payroll, AP/AR, month-end close, and present insights to management, leveraging strong Excel and stakeholder-management skills in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a Finance/Accounting role.
• Ecommerce experience preferred.
• High level of Excel literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work non-standard hours as dictated by event schedule.

Aufgaben

• Maintains accurate and efficient filing of financial archive files and data.
• Ensures required department reports are completed and information is compiled at month-end closing.
• Ensures team members adhere to Levy guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbook.
• Manages payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable process.
• Ensures all payroll information is accurate and submitted on a timely basis.
• Clearly communicates financial results to management on a regular basis.
• Provides accurate and targeted financial analysis as requested.
• Other duties, as assigned.
