Highgate Hotels is offering a 2027 Finance Internship to learn how financial decisions shape hospitality businesses. You will work with the Accounting and Finance Team on day-to-day functions and gain exposure to forecasting, budgeting and monthly closings within a dynamic environment.

Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Finance (in progress) and strong Excel/PowerPoint abilities.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Finance or similar degree.
• Junior status or higher, entering a 10-week program.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and/or finance principles.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including pivot tables.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to work efficiently within deadlines.
• Available to participate in a 10-week program (June–August).
• Onsite work required for this internship.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Accounting and Finance Team.
• Support daily accounting functions: A/P, A/R, reconciliations.
• Help prepare monthly financial statements and reporting.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis at property level.
• Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and internal controls.
• Shadow finance leaders and attend development sessions.
• Contribute to month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, statements.
• Support various projects as needed; multitask and prioritize.
