Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a Hospitality Senior Business Development Specialist in Seattle to identify and partner with new customers, cultivate relationships with existing clients, and support acquisition, growth, and retention initiatives in the luxury hospitality segment.

You will focus on developers, design firms, and procurement firms, driving significant growth while leveraging a structured CRM approach and a strong understanding of FF&E and lighting specifiers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FF&E product sales in the Hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field required.
• Proven track record of cultivating relationships with key decision makers in the specification, approval, and purchasing process.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and partner with new customers in the luxury Hospitality sector.
• Cultivate relationships with existing customers to support acquisition, growth, and retention initiatives.
• Lead efforts across the project lifecycle from specification to procurement and implementation.
