Job summary

The Facilities Supervisor at Kiawah River will oversee maintenance operations for The Spring House and The Farm House, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and guest experience. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 3+ years of facilities or property maintenance experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool/spa equipment, and general building systems.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and/or EPA Universal HVAC certification preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain a preventive maintenance program.
• Experience coordinating small‑scale improvement or renovation work with vendors preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool/spa equipment, and general building systems.
• Complete daily work orders and maintenance tasks, ensuring safe, efficient work to Kiawah River standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of The Spring House, The Farm House, and the real estate sales office.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all equipment and systems.
• Identify and coordinate small capital improvements with Spring House Manager and vendors.
• Maintain safety and compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
