Job summary

Kiawah River seeks a Facilities Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance at The Spring House, The Farm House, and related amenities on Johns Island. The role ensures safety, cleanliness, and guest experience by coordinating repairs and proactive upkeep.

You will manage preventive maintenance, coordinate with the Spring House Manager and vendors, and lead small capital improvements with budget awareness and attention to quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 3+ years of facilities or property maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool/spa equipment, and general building systems.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and/or EPA Universal HVAC certification preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain a preventive maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool/spa equipment, and general building systems.
• Complete daily work orders and maintenance tasks, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of The Spring House, The Farm House, and the real estate sales office.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all equipment and systems.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality facility standards.
