Job summary

Averill Hospitality is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance and safety of multiple hospitality properties in Montana. You will support maintenance teams, implement preventive maintenance schedules, and coordinate renovations and upgrades within budget and timelines.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on facilities management, strong knowledge of building systems (MEP, HVAC, fire safety) and a proactive approach to safety and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on facilities management experience.
• Experience in hospitality industry is an asset.
• Understanding of building operations and maintenance including MEP systems, HVAC, fire safety and security.
• Preventive maintenance planning, repairs and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversees functioning, maintenance and safety of Averill Hospitality facilities across locations.
• Supports maintenance, custodial and grounds teams.
• Develops and implements preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, refrigeration, roofs and equipment.
• Coordinatess projects such as renovations and upgrades within budget and time constraints.
• Ensures compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
