Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd partnering with a luxury hotel to recruit a Maintenance Manager who will oversee engineering, facilities and preventative maintenance across the property.

You will lead day-to-day maintenance, manage schedules, budgets and vendors, and coordinate with hotel teams to minimize guest disruption while ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. A track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience, ideally within a hotel.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration and building systems.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and work order programs.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing vendors, contractors, budgets and repairs.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends when needed.
