Job summary

East West Hospitality is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead afternoon/evening maintenance operations in Snowmass Village. You will supervise 4–5 Maintenance Technicians, provide hands-on training, and ensure safety and service standards for guests, homeowners, and associates.

The ideal candidate communicates in English and Spanish, and will oversee preventive maintenance across properties during peak hours, with a schedule primarily 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and some overlap as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of building maintenance, engineering, or facilities experience.
• Previous supervisory or lead technician experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Experience in hospitality, resort, or residential properties preferred.
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and mentor a bilingual team of 4–5 Maintenance Technicians.
• Provide hands-on training in building maintenance, safety procedures, and guest service standards.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate operational priorities.
• Monitor workload distribution and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Property Management, and other departments.
