Job summary

East West Hospitality is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to upkeep mechanical and electrical systems across our properties. You will service rental units, homecare units, and association facilities to ensure guest satisfaction and safe operations.

The role includes preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and coordinating work with supervision. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in maintenance, hands-on skills in building trades, and basic CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Technical competency in at least one core building maintenance trade.
• Computer proficiency; CMMS experience preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude; willingness to learn more skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain all mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance checklists on association equipment and facilities.
• Perform annual preventive maintenance inspections on program units.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities as directed.
• Fulfill guest and owner work requests and document actions.
• Participate in on-call maintenance program.
