Job summary

Thind Management seeks a disciplined Hospitality Task Force Engineer to deploy to hotels and restaurant concepts, overseeing maintenance and restoration of the property’s physical infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.

You will stabilize operations, mentor on-site teams, coordinate with hotel leadership and vendors, and ensure compliance with brand standards while delivering safe, efficient services across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hotel engineering experience.
• HVAC and electrical background.
• Experience reading blueprints and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Deploy to hotels and restaurant concepts to provide temporary engineering leadership.
• Stabilize daily engineering operations and reduce guestroom Out-of-Order (OOO) inventory.
• Coordinate elevator vendor repairs, service contracts, and vendor performance expectations.
• Mentor on-site engineering teams and train junior engineers.
• Review permits, certifications, and vendor documentation for compliance.
• Travel between properties and provide after-hours support.
