Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a friendly restaurant teammate to maintain a clean dining area, bus tables efficiently, and deliver outstanding service to our guests. You will be an advocate for the restaurant and help create memorable experiences that make guests want to return.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, may hold a Food Handler Certification, and can learn our POS system.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role.
• Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
• Knowledge or ability to learn the restaurant point-of-sale system; ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Hardworking, dedicated with a real passion for hospitality.
• Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean dining area by bussing tables in an efficient, courteous and accurate manner while providing outstanding service to guests.
• Act as an advocate for the restaurant and develop relationships with guests to encourage return visits.
• We all wear multiple hats and may be asked to take on tasks outside of the job description when needed.
