Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro is hiring dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters. Previous experience is not required—we will train you for the role.

You will deliver hospitality, explain menu items, take and serve orders, and help guests enjoy their dining experience while maintaining sanitation and safety standards. Competitive pay is paired with tips and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
