• Deliver hot food to tables and verify order accuracy and temperature.
• Provide Perkins service with genuine hospitality and proactive problem solving.
• Keep tables, pantry line, and dining area clean; perform assigned cleaning duties.
• Attend to guests' needs or requests during service.
• Maintain clean stations and dining area; restock as needed.
• Assist team members and communicate issues to managers.
• Process orders and handle guest checks with the POS system.
• Identify and resolve service issues to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Restock service stations, garnish line, and dining bar.
• Maintain overall dining area cleanliness and organization.
