Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking a friendly server to deliver guest-focused service and ensure orders are accurate while upholding company standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals, handle payments, and maintain cleanliness and efficiency throughout each shift. Training covers safety, sanitation and customer service, with opportunities to grow within a long-standing brand.

Qualifications

• Basic sanitation, safety, and customer service taught through in-house training.
• Trustworthy; can be relied upon to deal with payment of guest checks and operate cash register.
• Must be able to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in a kind, courteous and respectable way.
• Takes verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preference.
• Serves high quality food and checks all orders to ensure they are complete, prepared as ordered, portioned correctly and attractive in appearance.
• Maintains cleanliness of work station and pantry.
• Writes guest checks and uses POS equipment according to policies.
