Job summary

Panera Bread in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to greet guests, assemble salads, soups and sandwiches, and deliver friendly, efficient service in a bustling bakery-cafe.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ for eligibility.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication with guests, managers and teammates in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Food safety training or willingness to learn the standard protocols.

Responsibilities

• Execute duties for specific areas within the bakery-cafe (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.).
• Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and efficiency.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment per food safety standards.
• Be informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
