Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication with guests, managers, and teammates.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Food handler qualification as required by law

Responsibilities

• Execute duties across production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, and guest experience areas.
• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, inviting environment by following food safety standards.
• Support the team by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
