Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a customer-focused Restaurant Server for The Elms Hotel & Spa in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. You will be the face of our restaurant, greeting guests, presenting menus, and delivering food and beverages with enthusiasm.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in food service, knowledge of wine and spirits, and strong communication skills to create an exceptional guest experience in a world-class property.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Excellent communication skills and guest service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Prepare restaurant pre-shift for service.
• Greet guests and guide them through the dining experience.
• Take accurate orders, manage special requests, and upsell menu items.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Present the bill accurately and finalize guest experience.
