Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Staff the restaurant with aquality performers and recruit staff; onboarding and training to brand standards.
• Drive Radical Hospitality and ensure guest satisfaction, brand standards, and safe, clean operations.
• Lead Local Store Marketing efforts and manage catering sales for the store.
• Hit Food Cost and Labor Cost standards; forecast sales and control costs to protect profitability.
• Maintain the restaurant facility and equipment in good working order; ensure compliance with policies.
