Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (business admin, hospitality, real estate or related).
• 5+ years of mixed-use management experience with emphasis in office.
• Experience with P&L, budget oversight, cost analysis and contract management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations to meet investment objectives and deliver hospitality experiences.
• Lead a cross-functional team and external providers to uphold Hospitality Standards.
• Manage budget, rent collection, and capital expenditure needs with P&L responsibility.
• Develop and implement marketing, leasing strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and service levels; build community relations.
