Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a multifamily property in the Phoenix area. This hands-on role requires a polished leader who delivers exceptional resident experiences while driving occupancy, leasing, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, lead a high-performing onsite team, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; Spanish fluency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive multifamily property-management experience.
• Experience managing Class A, A- or elevated urban residential communities preferred.
• Proven success leading teams and improving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Hospitality-minded, resident-focused leadership style.
• Excellent communication, judgment, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Yardi, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and multifamily regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day property operations including resident relations, maintenance, vendors, inspections, and turns.
• Create a welcoming, service-oriented environment and address resident concerns promptly.
• Maintain high standards in apartment homes, amenities, and common areas.
• Ensure compliance with policies, lease requirements, Fair Housing regulations, and laws.
• Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, retention, and revenue performance.
• Monitor traffic, pricing, concessions, and market conditions; adjust as needed.
• Maintain leases, resident files, rent rolls, notices, and property information in Yardi.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets; review forecasts and variances.
• Collaborate with Property Accounting for accurate reporting and reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, control expenses, and improve efficiency.
• Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing onsite team; set clear expectations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, evaluations, and corrective action.
• Foster collaboration across leasing, management, maintenance, and vendors.
